Daka ReFood collects and recycles food waste and frying fat from the food industry, the restaurant industry and the retail trade. We offer our customers a tailored service where we advise on the correct sorting of food waste.
At the same time, we ensure that traceability, safety and hygiene are under control, and we always deliver clean containers. The collected food waste is broken down and converted into biogas, which is a CO2-neutral alternative to fossil fuels. The residual product of biogas production is used as fertilizer, and the used frying fat is used for the production of biodiesel.
